1.Mechanical structure

① The new structure without guide pillars is used; the many problems existing in the traditional four-guide pillar molding machine are completely avoided. For example: oil pollution of products, guide pillars, and guide bushes wear out, resulting in mold leakage and water leakage. The guide pillars and guide bushes are worn. After that, replacement is quite difficult and so on.

②Multi-cylinder mold clamping system: The traditional EPS automatic molding machine adopts the center single-point or two-point two-point clamping method, and this model uses the two-sided four-point clamping method. The large clamping force can be in the original On the basis of increasing by 50%, the phenomenon of mold leakage is greatly reduced. 2.Quick mold change structure

3. Cooling system

Adopting a special vacuum design scheme, the machine is equipped with an efficient vacuum system, which is also a vacuum-based and water-cooled cooling method, which makes the water content of the product ≤ 10%, which greatly reduces energy consumption. 4.Steam system

The patented pilot-type differential high-flow steam valve system is adopted, and the DN50 actuator is used to control the large-flow valve. The control is sensitive. The input pressure is stable. The pressure entering the machine cavity is stable between 0.1-0.15Mpa. Stability error +/- 0.01 Mpa. Compared with the same type of equipment, the heating time is shortened by 30%, and the energy consumption is also reduced by about 30%. In the control method, a pressure sensor is used to precisely control the pressure in the mold cavity.

5.Control system

① It adopts a control method that combines programmable PLC air control and touch screen operation. All electrical components are of high-quality brands. Mitsubishi PLC in Japan and Schneider in France have touch screens and electrical components. They have high stability and easy operation. The program comes with multiple self-protection and alarm system;

② Penetrating steam pressure, main steam pressure, demoulding, air cooling, and pressurized feeding all adopt remote pressure regulating system. The valve is opened and closed according to the set pressure ratio. It is easy to operate. The pressure is stable. At the same time, the energy consumption is also reduced by 25 -30%.
