Detailed description

The wood pellet machine has the same structural principle as other wood grinders, and is composed of a cutting device, a crushing device and a fan. The cutting device is composed of a cutter head and a blade. The cutter head is made of cast steel and the blade is alloy steel. The crushing device is composed of a hammer blade, a crushing cavity, a rotating shaft, a wear-resistant plate and a screen. There will be smashing of the hammer again; the fan is composed of a motor and a dust removal device. Generally, small wood pellet machines such as the 400-700 wood pellet machines do not have this fan device.

After the material enters the body, during the mutually rotating movement of the high-speed rotating crushing disk and the side teeth plate, the material is coarsely crushed by strong friction and shearing. After the material enters the main surface of the crushing chamber, it is sieved while crushing. It is discharged from the bottom after sieving, and the crushing is continued if it does not meet the requirements. There is a smashing effect during any movement of the main surface of the crushing chamber, not only the material and the main surface of the knife plate, any self-shearing or self-friction between the main tooth plate, and the material can crush the material. In order to prevent superfine and slight materials from causing vortex circulation in the crushing chamber, a fine powder removal chamber recycling bag is provided in the tangential direction of the crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged and collected through the sieve bar gap which controls the fineness below.
