Plastic crushing principle:

Maintenance and care:

5. When replacing the cutter, the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife: 0.8MM crusher above 20HP is better, 0.5MM crusher below 20HP is better. The thinner the recycled material is, the larger the gap can be adjusted.

6. Before the second start, the remaining debris in the machine room should be removed first to reduce the starting resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange, because the powder is discharged from the plastic crusher room into the shaft bearing.

7. The machine should be well grounded.

8. Regularly check whether the belt of the plastic crusher is slack and tighten it in time.

Precautions:

before use

1. Before starting, the driving wheel should be moved by humans one or two times. After confirming that the movement is flexible, the machine can be started. Wait until the crusher runs normally before feeding.

2. Before stopping the operation, stop feeding and drain the material from the machine before cutting off the power to the motor.

3. Pay attention to the temperature of the bearing during operation to ensure that the bearing is in a good lubrication state, and pay attention to whether there is any abnormality in sound and vibration. When abnormal conditions are found, stop the car and check whether it is jammed by non-fragile objects or whether the parts are damaged.

4. It is necessary to keep the feeding of the crusher uniform and prevent overload. Prevent unbreakable objects such as metal and wood from falling into the machine. When it cannot be broken, the feed moisture cannot be too high; when it is wet-crushed, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate amount of water to prevent clogging due to insufficient flushing and reduce production capacity.

5. Check whether the particle size of the crushed product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles exceeding the specified size, the cause should be found out (such as the screen gap is too large, the discharge opening is too wide, and the hammer is worn, etc.), and appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate it.

6. When the crusher stops, check whether the fastening bolts are firm and how easy the abrasion parts are. For tooth crushers, the parking machine should also be used to remove the wood trapped between the teeth.

7. Worn parts should be replaced or repaired in time.

8. The safety device of the crusher should be kept in good condition, and the safety device must not be invalidated for the sake of trouble.

After booting

1. The plastic crusher and power unit must be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; if the plastic crusher needs to be moved, the unit should be installed on a base made of angle iron, and the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and plastic The pulley grooves of the crusher are on the same plane of rotation.

2. After the plastic crusher is installed, check the tightening of each fastener. If it is loose, tighten it. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.

3. Before starting the plastic crusher, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammers and rotor are running flexibly and reliably, whether there is a collision in the crushing chamber, and whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. Whether the plastic crusher is well lubricated.

4. Do not replace the belt wheel casually, in case the rotation speed is too high and the crushing chamber will explode, or the rotation speed is too low to affect the working efficiency of the crusher.

5. After the plastic crusher is started, it should be kept idling for 2 ~ 3min, and there should be no abnormalities before feeding.

6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at any time during the work. First, the feeding should be uniform to prevent the crushing chamber from being blocked. Second, do not work for a long time with overload. If vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body are found, and the material is sprayed to the outside, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault before continuing the work.
